Strengthening our East of England presence

Based in Suffolk, Lindsey brings more than a decade of strategic planning and development experience across both the public and private sectors. Her previous roles include Consultant Senior Planning Officer at South Norfolk and Broadland District Councils, Senior Planning Officer at Cotswold District Council, and Project Manager at Arcadia Planning and Development.

Lindsey joins us at an exciting time of continued growth for our Planning team. Her appointment follows the recent arrival of Simon Newall as Associate Director, alongside the promotions of James Ellis to Director of Planning and Shelley Jones to Head of Planning. These developments have expanded our Planning team to ten specialists, reflecting the growing demand for expert rural planning advice across the UK.

As Associate Director, Lindsey will lead planning projects across the East of England while also supporting clients nationally through our integrated Planning, Architecture, Landscape and Consultancy teams. Her focus will be on providing strategic planning advice, strengthening client relationships and helping rural businesses and landowners identify and unlock new opportunities.

The East of England is a region with huge potential, but also increasing complexity, from changing planning policy and land use pressures to opportunities around rural diversification, environmental delivery and sustainable development.

With an established portfolio of projects across the East and South East of England, including Wild Ken Hill, Watatunga Wildlife Reserve and Astley Estate in Norfolk, and Wiston Estate and Lancing College in the South Downs National Park, Lindsey’s appointment further strengthens our ability to deliver expert advice to clients across the country.
