The Hawk Creative Business Park, Easingwold, York
Inspired by owner Sir Ben Gill OBE, Rural Solutions worked on the former Home Farm buildings delivering planning, design, construction and marketing services. Now a tranquil eco-friendly Business Park of 13,000 sq ft, HRH The Princess Royal carried out the official opening ceremony in October 2008.
Levens Hall, Cumbria
At Levens Hall, Kendal, Rural Solutions delivered feasibility, planning, design, construction and marketing services to imaginatively restore and transform the redundant listed stable buildings into contemporary, commercially viable office space that still retain their historical vernacular and setting.
The Stables at Newby Hall
A former racing quadrangle was transformed into 16,000 sq ft of commercial office space, all of which was fully let within 12 months of construction completion. Rural Solutions delivered feasibility research, planning, construction and marketing to the Estate
Chilton Business Centre, Thame, Oxfordshire
Part of the historic Chilton Estate, red brick and timber-framed heritage buildings were brought into an income-producing use, as 13,500 sq ft of commercial office space
