Roddie Feilden has been with Rural Solutions for five years. He commenced his property career with Gloucestershire land agents Rylands and Co in 1983,at that time an independent multi-disciplinary practice, before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1985 (Talbot Ponsonby Prize and RASE Medal, Agriculture).
Recruited by Knight Frank he moved to London where he spent 11 years in head office primarily in rural property sales before setting up the partnerships full time Buying Service, and then moved to specialising in the re-use and development of redundant institutional (planning classC2 use) property, and residential development sites.
Leaving as an Associate Partner he took a sabbatical, driving a Land Rover from London to Cape Town, returning to the UK as director of a specialist tour operator company, prior to returning to the fold and joining Rural Solutions in 2003.
