Ralph Foljambe is a Senior Consultant with Rural Solutions specialising in the landed estate sector. He joined the company in 2005 having started a property career with Sotheby’s Country House department. In 2000 he joined Insignia Richard Ellis as a commercial property surveyor in the City and West End of London after which becoming the assistant resident land agent of Osberton Estate in Nottinghamshire.
Since 2002 his work within the rural sector has involved farm business and land management, including residential portfolios and estate based diversification projects. With Rural Solutions he provides advice to landowners seeking to regenerate built assets and land based opportunities, achieve planning consent and to initiate estate wide development programs.
He has an Honors degree in the History of Architecture and Masters degree in Land and Estate Management (Graduated - University of Reading 1997 and 2000).
