Rural Solutions has this week submitted a planning application for the retrospective change of use of a rural building in North Yorkshire to a commercial workshop.
The workshop was the subject of an enforcement complaint and the owner contacted us, following a recommendation from a local professional, to secure the retention of the workshop as premises for his successful business.
